LGA1818203NPSBRIENPatrick On Saturday night, about to o'clock, a poor man, named Patrick BRIEN, on his return home from this City, after receiving his wages, and unfortunately getting intoxicated, fell into the Canal and was drowned. His friends, on Sunday, dragged between the two bridges for him— after a considerable search, his hat was discovered close to the bank, and shortly after his body was taken up, in the presence of several of his friends and his wretched wife, whose cries rent the air.
