THERE ARE A NUMBER OF WAYS THAT DISABILITY
COULD BE SEEN AS GOOD
1. Many great people such as John Lennon to name a few had a disability.
St Paul had some problems which could or could not be due to problems
he had before becoming a Christian.
2. It stops you from taking things for granted.
3. If you work at your disability your life is never boring.
4. You can work at having a more fulfilling life
5. You are not as boring as everybody else is. You have a different and
better (if you make it) lifestyle
6. It keeps you focus on your life
7. You can't afford to complain.
8. You learn how to dealing with hard times
9. The friends you make are more real.
10. You get to use to the hard life, which in turn makes you enjoy things
better.
11. You can find the best in the worst. (the best reason of the lot)
WHY BEING DISABLED COULD IS A GIFT FROM GOD
1. St Paul one of the greatest people in the church was disabled.
2. John 9 tells us that the blind man was born blind to show the power of
God.
3. It gives a special relationship with God.
4. Jesus says that those who mourn are bless.
5. We show that God is creative.
6. We know the benefits that come out of suffering.
7. We can show others that life is worth living
